All products sold by NeoTech Deals (a division of The Scholz Group – TSG Pty Ltd) are designed and tested for use in Australia inline with the relevant standards. These products generally include a 12 month warranty period, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
Damaged or faulty product
In the unlikely event that your product arrived damaged or faulty, you are to contact us within 7 working days via email (firstname.lastname@example.org)
This form will require:
- a copy of your tax invoice
- a detailed description of the damage/fault
- photos of the damaged product/packaging
- if you would prefer a replacement or refund
Once your claim has been accessed and approved, you will be contacted with the return shipment details for the product. No product is to e returned without prior assessment and approval.
If you are approved for a refund, the process can take from 3-7 days to be processed (depending on your financial institution).
A refund or replacement product will only be given is the product has not been used incorrectly, mishandled or installed outside of the instructions supplied by the manufacturers.
